3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

- Appointment Windows: Arrival windows are provided for all bookings. David arrives equipped with all necessary tools, hardware, and cleanup equipment.
- Free Cancellation & Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime prior to the scheduled arrival window without penalty.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Materials
To ensure a smooth and safe installation or repair, customers agree to:
- Provide clear, unobstructed access to the work area and ensure pets/children are kept at a safe distance.
- Accurately disclose project details, wall types (drywall, plaster, brick, concrete), or existing electrical/plumbing conditions.
- Ensure all customer-supplied products, furniture boxes, TV mounts (e.g., Sanus, Echogear), curtain rods, or light fixtures are available on site prior to arrival.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the requested handyman service. We accept major payment methods including Cash, Zelle, Credit Card, and Apple Pay.
6. Workmanship Guarantee

7. Limitation of Liability
Here Handyman carries comprehensive liability insurance for property protection. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, defective customer-supplied products or materials, or hidden concealed wall hazards not disclosed prior to work starting.
